Field Freelance + Part Time Positions:

  • Stagehands

The warehouse, fabrication and transport departments are always looking for potential members to join our team.

Please see the fundamental credentials we require below. Good hourly rates and overtime pay for the right candidates.

  • Industry experience within a warehouse work setting in: AV, lighting, rigging, fabric, décor/scenic, set construction, and staging preferred, but not essential.

    Candidates with a trade or trade assistant background i.e., painting, timber/steel fabrication, electrical, mechanical, and décor fabric sewing an advantage.

    Warehousing prep/returns and forklift experience an advantage.

    Inventory software experience an advantage.

    Familiarity with email, Microsoft Word, and Excel an advantage.

    Current standard drivers license a must.

    Current A, B, or C class CDL truck licenses an advantage.

  • Drivers with experience in the live production industry preferred, but not essential.

    Proven experience driving 26’ box trucks a must.

    Current B class CDL license a must. A class CDL license an advantage.

    DOT card (or the ability to get one) a must.

    Clean driving record.

    Sound knowledge of the Chicagoland area.

    Ability to maneuver in and out of tight venue access ways, and loading dock areas.

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, this includes: nights, early mornings, and weekends when required.

    Strict adherence to punctuality.

    Drivers will be required to help out in the Frost warehouse and onsite during non transport work periods.

    Periodical out of town site work i.e. interstate installs and take downs, interstate deliveries and pick ups.

    Sound work ethic with good common sense plus the ability to work within a team environment is essential.
